Fast-rising musician and rapper, Laime has once again demonstrated his expertise in painting out the versatility of the Afro-fusion genre. The “Where Dem Dey” crooner showcases his raw talent by pairing up with Global Neil ENT and featuring Prettyboy D-O to release the “Blow My Cover” single on the 10th of April.

Relating to their similar PortHarcourt origin, Prettyboy D-O who single-handedly curated his own sub-genre, Culté, with his unique style of blending dancehall, afrobeat, and rap into his music exceeds expectations with his first feature of the year.

Starting with a catchy hook, the "Blow My Cover” single touches the topic of achievements and men’s devotion to maintaining their status quo without minding discouraging talks. The lyrics depicting confidence tell their individual stories on upholding their hustling spirit, their commitment, and also how hard they try not to have their cover blown. It dictates how they hustle all night without risking a wink of sleep or giving up. Like Laime raps, “…we been working all night…”

Prettyboy D-O also confirms the originality of their stories and how unfazed he is with wagging tongues with, “they call me the talk and do, story no be cock and bull”

As “Blow My Cover” speaks on the struggles of working hard and keeping the bag, its replay value speaks even louder.
