FEM becomes the longest Number One Song on Top Triller Chart

For a third week running, Davido's "FEM" is the most popular song on Triller in Nigeria

The chart highlights the most popular songs on the video based app on a methodology that blends the amount of views containing a respective songs, the level of engagement with those videos and the raw total of videos uploaded featuring each song, according to Triller’s data.

"FEM" debuted at No. 1 three weeks ago and has remained at the summit ever since. As a result, it is now the longest No. 1 on the official Top Triller Chart.

Triller has become the most popular social media video app featuring user-generated videos set to music and more in Nigeria; the chart further highlights the social media platform commitment to the growth of Nigerian and African music by allowing Nigerian artistes track the popularity of their songs and reach of their music on the app through active engagements by fans.

In My Maserati

There is no movement in the top seven this week – with all songs maintaining their position week-over-week. The first chart movement is from Dr Dolor's "I Go Pay," which moves four places to No. 8. The song is a single off his album "Unexpected" which was released about 2 weeks ago. Patoranking's "Abule" moves up one place to No. 9.

Lil Kesh's "All The Way" debuts at No. 10 on the Nigeria Triller Chart. The song which is just the second song released by the artist in 2020 is quite the fan-favorite on the video platform. It is also the biggest debut on the chart this week.

Outside the top 10, "Need More" by Reekado Banks, Kida Kudz & EO debuts at No. 12; Laycon's "Fierce" featuring Chinko Ekun & Reminisce debuts at No. 18 on this week’s Top Triller Chart following the artiste's victory in the just concluded season of the Big Brother Naija.

The chart is planned as weekly installments, with subsequent charts released on Sundays. Here is the top ten of chart dated October 4.
