Chart rankings on the Official Nigeria Top 100 are based on a weighted formula incorporating audio and video streams within Nigeria, as well as airplay on radio in the country. It is the first and only standard music chart in Nigeria, providing comprehensive music activity including the official No. 1 song in Nigeria

Burna Boy’s Love” tallied 2.607 million on-demand streams (No. 2 on streaming) and 64.1 million in radio reach (No. 3 on radio) as it records a second week atop the official singles chart in Nigeria – having topped the chart three weeks ago. For a second consecutive week, the number-one single in Nigeria across all platforms is not No. 1 on either of this week’s streaming chart or the radio chart in the country (Asake’s “BADMAN GANGSTA” with Tiakola led the Top 100 last week but was No. 3 on radio and No. 3 on streaming).

Gunna’s “Forever Be Mine” with Wizkid debuts at No. 2 on the Official Nigeria Top 100 with 3.62 million on-demand streams (No. 1 on streaming) and 23 million in radio reach (No. 30 on radio). As a result, it becomes Gunna’s highest charting single in Nigeria as well as being the highest charting entry by a non-Nigerian as lead artiste since Black Sherif’s “Kwaku The Traveller” debuted at No. 1 in 2022.

Asake’s “BADMAN GANGSTA” with Tiakola slips 1-3 after topping the chart for two consecutive weeks while Dj Tunez’s “One Condition” with Fola & Wizkid holds at its No. 4 peak for another week.

Ayra Starr’s “Hot Body” drops to No. 5 from its No. 3 peak despite leading the radio chart for a third week with 81.7 million in radio reach.

Olamide’s former No. 1 “99” featuring Asake, Daecolm, Seyi Vibez & Young Jonn rebounds 7-6 while Famous Pluto’s former No. 1 entry “Ewo” with Shallipopi & Zerry DL falls 6-7.

Rounding out this week’s top ten; Rema’s “KELEBU” falls 5-8 in its second week after tallying 1.09 million on-demand streams (No. 18 on streaming) and 62.9 million in radio airplay impressions (No. 4 on radio). BNXN’s “Very Soon” with Fola holds at No. 9 for another week after peaking at No. 4 while Fola’s “You” debuts at No. 10 on this week’s Official Nigeria Top 100.

“You” tallied 1.41 million on-demand streams (No. 10 on streaming) and 39.7 million in radio reach (No. 11 on radio) to become Fola’s eighth top ten single in Nigeria – and one of the three in this week’s top ten, which is the most by any artiste.

Outside the Top Ten

  • Gunna’s “wgft” featuring Burna Boy debuts at No. 18
  • Gunna’s “satisfaction” featuring Asake launches at No. 21.
