Chart rankings on the Official Nigeria Top 100 are based on a weighted formula incorporating audio and video streams within Nigeria, as well as airplay on radio in the country. It is the first and only standard music chart in Nigeria, providing comprehensive music activity including the official No. 1 song in Nigeria
Shoday & FOLA’s “Paparazzi” lifts to a new peak of No. 1 on the Official Nigeria Top 100 in its second week on the chart. The song tallied 2.81 million on-demand streams (No. 1 on streaming, 2nd week at No. 1) and 36.5 million in radio reach (No. 12 on radio). As a result, it becomes both Shoday & FOLA’s first No. 1 entries on the official singles chart – as well as being the first new No. 1 song of 2026.
Shoday earns his first No. 1 single in Nigeria with “Paparazzi” – it became the artiste’s second top ten entry on the official singles chart last week. Before “Paparazzi,” FOLA had visited the top ten region of the Top 100 with 12 entries. His previous highest charting singles include a trio of No. 2-peaking songs; “who does that” with Bella Shmurda, “Get Better” with Zlatan and “you.”
CKay & Mavo’s former 6-week No. 1 “BODY (danz)” slips to No. 2 on this week’s chart while TxC’s “Nakupenda” with Davido, Shoday, Zlatan, Scotts Maphuma & Al Xapo hits a new peak of No. 3 on the Top 100. As a result, both Shoday’s top ten entries in Nigeria hit a new peak in the top 3 this same week. “Nakupenda” tallied 1.80 million on-demand streams (No. 3 on streaming) and 47.8 million in radio reach (No. 7 on radio).
Young Jonn’s “2 Factor” featuring Asake & FOCALISTIC lifts to a new high of No. 4 in its seventh week on the chart – it is also the highest charting entry off Young Jonn’s latest album ‘Blue Disco’ on this week’s chart. The song tallied 54.9 million in radio reach (No. 3 on radio) and 1.53 million on-demand streams (No. 7 on streaming).
Young Jonn & Rema’s “LaLaLa” drops 2-5 in its seventh week on the chart.
Dj Maphorisa, Dj Tunez & Wizkid’s “MONEY CONSTANT” with Mavo drops 4-6 on this week’s Nigeria Top 100 – it has peaked at No. 3 so far on the chart.
Dave & Tems’ “Raindance” lifts to a new peak of No. 7 on the Official Nigeria Top 100 following the release of its official music video. The song tallied 1.40 million on-demand streams (No. 9 on streaming) and 36.8 million in radio reach (No. 11 on radio).
Rounding out this week’s top ten; Omah Lay’s former No. 1 “Waist” dips 7-8 in its ninth week on the Top 100, FOLA’s “you” rebounds 10-9 as it registers a 23rd consecutive week in the top ten of the official single chart in Nigeria. It ranks as third on the list of songs with most weeks in the top ten of the official singles chart in history – behind only Fireboy DML & Ed Sheeran’s “Peru” (30 weeks) and Asake’s “Lonely At The Top” (25 weeks).
Priesst’s “Akonuche” jumps from No. 85 to No. 10 in its second week on the Official Nigeria Top 100 – becoming Priesst’s first top ten entry on the chart. The song tallied 1.005 million on-demand streams (No. 16 on streaming) and 38.4 million in radio reach (No. 10 on radio).
Outside the Top Ten
- Fave & Urban Chords’ “Intentions” hits a new peak of No. 13 on the Top 100 in its sixth week on the chart.
- Mavo’s “Tumo Weto” dips 13-14 on Top 100.
- Lil Uzi Vert’s “What You Saying” hits a new peak of No. 20 on the official singles chart in Nigeria after tallying 884,000 on-demand streams (No. 23 on streaming) and 22.004 million in radio reach (No. 35 on radio). It is Lil Uzi Vert’s first top 20 entry on the official singles chart in Nigeria.
