Vuga Kvngz releases ‘VVS’, a 10-track album that reflects ambition, growth, and a more focused artistic direction. The project balances confidence with self awareness, blending lifestyle themes with moments of reflection.
Born Chiedozie Eze Walter in Owerri and now based in Istanbul, Vuga Kvngz represents a borderless African rap identity. His sound draws from Afrobeats and hip hop, and on ‘VVS’ it feels more refined, with cleaner production, sharper hooks, and clearer intent.
The title references the diamond grading system and frames the album around ideas of value, clarity, and elevation. Across the record, Vuga explores money, aspiration, excess, and the pressures that come with progress, moving between bravado and introspection.

Focus tracks “Fancy” and “Bands” lean into sleek, contemporary Afro rap built for momentum and repeat listening. Elsewhere, songs like “EASTSIDE,” “FRANCHISE,” and “MONEY WEED HOES AND PILLS” touch on street realities and ambition, while collaborations with Hotyce, Oduduwa, Zilla Oaks, and Bodybeatz add range and texture.
‘VVS’ follows a steady run of releases including ‘RhythmNRage’, ‘WHEN VUGA WAS JUST KVNGZ’, and singles such as “Casamigos Flow” and “BAGUETTE,” marking a period of consistent growth and identity building.
With ‘VVS’, Vuga Kvngz positions himself as part of a new generation of African rappers engaging global sounds while telling grounded, personal stories with clarity and intent.
