Asake’s “Omo Ope” with Olamide makes history as the first song to spend a full year on the streaming chart in Nigeria.
“Omo Ope” ranks at No. 76 on this week’s chart (down two places from last seek). The song spent a week at the summit of the chart in March 2022. It also topped the aggregate singles chart for a week – becoming Asake’s first No. 1 song in Nigeria in the process. The artiste would later go on to record six total No. 1 songs in Nigeria.
