Adekunle Gold’s “Party No Dey Stop” with Zinoleesky is No. 1 on This Week’s Nigeria Top 100, Tiwa Savage’s “Stamina” with Young Jonn & Ayra Moves to No. 4

Chart rankings on the Official Nigeria Top 100 are based on weighted formula incorporating audio and video streams within Nigeria, as well as airplay on radio and satellite TV in the country. It is the first and only standard music chart in Nigeria, providing comprehensive music activity including the official No. 1 song in Nigeria

“Party No Dey Stop” tallied 4.56 million on-demand streams (No. 1 on streaming) and 70.4 million in radio reach (No. 4 on radio), becoming Adekunle Gold and Zinoleesky’s first No. 1 single in Nigeria.

As it leads this week’s Top 100, the song sets a new record for the biggest total activity by any single in a week in 2023. It also sets a new record for the biggest total streaming tally by any single in a week – surpassing BNXN’s “Gwagwalada” with Seyi Vibez & Kizz Daniel in the process.

2.     “High,” Adekunle Gold ft. Davido (No. 2 peak)

3.     “Sinner,” Adekunle Gold ft. Lucky Daye (No. 2 peak)

4.     “Mercy,” Adekunle Gold (No. 4 peak)

5.     “It Is What It Is,” Adekunle Gold (No. 7 peak)

“Party No Dey Stop” is Zinoleesky’s tenth top ten entry and he is the only artiste with at least ten top 10 entries to have a sole number one single.

BNXN fka Buju’s “Gwagwalada” with Kizz Daniel & Seyi Vibez dips to No. 2 after spending four weeks atop the chart. Spyro’s “Who Is Your Guy (Remix)” with Tiwa Savage retreats 2 – 3; it tops the radio chart for a third week with 93.5 million in radio reach. It sets a new record for the all-time biggest weekly tally by any single on radio.

Tiwa Savage’s “Stamina” with Ayra Starr & Young Jonn rockets twenty-two places to a new peak of No. 4 on the Top 100 – becoming the highest charting female collaboration ever. It surpasses the No. 5 peak of Tiwa Savage’s “Somenody’s Son” with Brandy in 2021.

“Somebody’s Son” remains the only all-female collab to reach the top ten in Nigeria

Omah Lay’s “soso” falls 3-5 while Rema’s “Holiday” slips 4-6 on this week’s Nigeria Top 100. Ayra Starr’s “Sability” backtracks 5-7 after topping the chart for a week.

Rounding out this week’s top ten; Khaid & Boy Spyce’s “Carry Me Go” enter the top ten at No. 8 beocming Khaid’s third top 10 entry and Boy Spyce’s fourth. Ruger’s “Asiwaju” dips 7-9 after spending seven weeks at No. 1 while Bella Shmurda’s “Ara (Gen Gen Tin)” falls 6-10.
