In collaboration with United Masters and 1789, The Sarz Academy under the leadership of Sarz has released the second edition of “Memories That Last Forever”; MTLF 2 – a compilation of various sounds and performances produced, written and performed by the outstanding seven artistes and eight producers selected from 11,000 applications in August 2022 as a part of the entry process into the third edition of The Sarz Academy.
The project is a testamentary statement to the unmatched precedent of Sarz in discovering and developing outstanding talents towards global popularity and stardom. It covers a broad range of genres and sub-genres of African pop music, including elements of amapiano, R&B, dancehall, gospel, soul, hiphop, Nigerian alté et al, further showing the creative range of its creators.
The 15-track musical project features the 15 new creative kids on the block from Nigeria, with the exception of **Bombocat **from Costa Rica. The other fourteen being artistes namely Gimba, Syntiat, Charmaine LA, Fxrtune, Perfext, MillyMay_pod, PJ Star while the producers are Blueszn, TwitchPapii, Oddwave, OSO, Dartz, Chibooplaythebeat and TheKidFuzzy who is the youngest at age 16.
“I was starstruck the first time I met Sarz, and it feels heavenly to be on this project that is EP-ed by him. And this is only the beginning, expect even more greatness,” says Syntiat, one of the acts on the compilation. Her resplendent vocals on track 9 ‘Rude’ adds a whole new enticing colour to the project.

These talents were personally picked by the legendary hitmaker, producer-extraordinaire and mentor, Sarz, to create the amazing project. MTLF 2 has Body Wicked, Jam One Kele and Good To Me as its lead singles, which went on to do incredible numbers, but even have more colour with their placement on the compilation.
This project marks the beginning of these talents’ journey into the world of stardom, impact and global domination.
The global music industry is anticipating their respective success stories just as the world is currently experiencing the impact of previous students of The Sarz Academy such as Oladunnie, STG Tha Prodigy, P.Priime and Tempo.
