Chart rankings on the Official Nigeria Top 100 are based on a weighted formula incorporating audio and video streams within Nigeria, as well as airplay on radio in the country. It is the first and only standard music chart in Nigeria, providing comprehensive music activity including the official No. 1 song in Nigeria
Famous Pluto’s “Ewo” with Shallipopi and Zerrydl rises to No. 1 for the first time ever on this week’s Official Nigeria Top 100. The song tallied 3.65 million on-demand streams (No. 1 on streaming) and 55.9 million in radio reach (No. 5 on radio). As a result, it becomes the first career No. 1 entry for both Famous Pluto & Zerrydl. Shallipopi earns his fifth No. 1 entry on the official singles chart with “Ewo” joining – “Cast,” “ASAP,” “JUJU” and “BENIN BOYS.”
Olamide’s “99” featuring Asake, Daecolm, Seyi Vibez & Young Jonn slips 1-2 after topping the chart for three consecutive weeks while Davido’s “With You” featuring Omah Lay holds at No. 3 for another week. The song led the chart for six non-consecutive weeks. “With You” tallied 84 million in radio airplay impressions to lead the radio chart for a total of 12 weeks.
BNXN’s “Very Soon” featuring FOLA returns to its No. 4 peak on the Top 100 following the first full week tracking of ‘CAPTAIN.’ The song drew 2.31 million on-demand streams (No. 3 on streaming) and 45.3 million in radio reach (No. 12 on radio).
Olamide’s “Billionaires Club” with Darkoo & Wizkid dips 4-5 after peaking at No. 2 on the chart. Seyi Vibez’s “Pressure” drops 5-6 on this week’s Official Nigeria Top 100.
BNXN’s “Laye Mi” rockets into the top ten of this week’s chart at No. 7 after tallying 1.66 million on-demand streams (No. 6 on streaming) and 49.1 million in radio airplay impressions (No. 9 on radio).
Rounding out this week’s top ten; Young Jonn’s “Che Che” featuring Asake drops 7-8, J Hus’ “Gold” featuring Asake rises to a new peak of No. 9 after drawing 1.35 million on-demand streams (No. 11 on streaming) and 44.3 million in radio airplay impressions (No. 14 on radio). It is J Hus’s second top ten entry on the official singles chart – joining “Cloak & Dagger” (2022) and first as a lead artiste.
Kizz Daniel’s “Al-Jannah” featuring Bella Shmurds & ODUMODUBLVCK falls 8-10.
Outside the Top Ten
- BNXN’s “Set Up” with Seyi Vibez debuts at No. 25. It is the highest charting entry outside the top ten off CAPTAIN. “I Alone” at No. 32 and “Jies” at No. 34 are the only other top 40 entries on this week’s chart.
- Blaqbonez’s “Go Crazy” debuts at No. 35.
