Chart rankings on the Official Nigeria Top 100 are based on a weighted formula incorporating audio and video streams within Nigeria, as well as airplay on radio in the country. It is the first and only standard music chart in Nigeria, providing comprehensive music activity including the official No. 1 song in Nigeria
Young Jonn’s “Cash Flow” with Wizkid launches at No. 1 on the Official Nigeria Top 100 with 3.80 million on-demand streams (No. 1 on streaming) and 55.3 million in radio reach (No. 6 on radio). As a result, it becomes Young Jonn’s third No. 1 single in Nigeria and Wizkid’s fifth overall.
“Cash Flow” is Young Jonn’s first No. 1 debut on the official singles chart – his previous two chart toppers never started at the summit of the chart (“Xtra Cool” in 2022 and “99” earlier this year). Wizkid has scored four No. 1 singles in a little over a year – and all four have debuted atop the official singles chart in Nigeria. The songs are;
- “MMS” with Asake
- “Piece of My Heart” with Brent Faiyaz
- “Kese (Dance)”
- “Cash Flow” with Young Jonn
Wizkid’s only other No. 1 entry on the official singles chart is “Ginger” with Burna Boy which did not debut at No. 1 but was the first ever No. 1 single in official singles chart history. It was the very first No. 1 entry on the inaugural issue of the official singles chart in Nigeria in November 2020.
Young Jonn becomes the third artiste to record multiple No. 1 songs in 2025 – joining Seyi Vibez (3) and Asake (2). What do these artistes have in common? They all appeared on the No. 1 song “99” which led the Official Nigeria Top 100 for three weeks in June 2025.
Fola’s “you” holds at its No. 2 peak in its fourth week on the chart after recording 2.72 million on-demand streams (No. 2 on streaming) and 62.1 million in radio airplay impressions (No. 4 on radio). The song has increased in activity every week since release. It is now aiming for a No. 1 bout on next week’s chart following the arrival of the artiste’s debut album (it faces competition from “Cash Flow” and Rema’s “Fun”).
Burna Boy’s “Love” drops 1-3 after topping the chart for four weeks while Dj Tunez’s “One Condition” with Wizkid & Fola returns to its No. 4 peak.
Asake’s former No. 1 “BADMAN GANGSTA” featuring Tiakola dips 3-5 while Ayra Starr’s “Hot Body” retreats 4-6. The song continues to lead the official radio chart (7 weeks at No. 1) with 80.6 million in radio airplay impressions.
Rounding out this week’s top ten; Olamide’s star studded “99” featuring Asake, Daecolm, Seyi Vibez & Young Jonn dips 6-7, Famous Pluto’s “Ewo” with Zerry DL & Shallipopi backtracks 7-8 while BNXN’s “Very Soon” with Fola slips 8-9.
Gunna’s “forever be mine” featuring Wizkid falls 9-10 in its fourth week on the chart after peaking at No. 2.
